Bus Pass Renewal (NoW Cards)

NoWcard English National Concession Major Renewal March 2023.

March 2023 is the 3rd major renewal of NoWcards since the introduction of English National Concession on 1st April 2008.  As passes have a maximum expiry date of 5 years, there is a higher volume due for renewal on 31st March and  the beginning of April 2023 than normal.  This year the County Council has had to reduce costs by not sending renewal forms to everyone.  However, the  County Council now has a new dedicated online portal for making new applications and ordering renewal passes.

As the renewal process has changed and so as not to inconvenience regular bus users the County Council has automatically renewed NoWcards for those who have used their pass in the 12 months prior to December 2022; the passes have been sent to the addresses we have on record.
