Notice of Election, Little Hoole Parish Council, Thursday 4th May 2023

1. An election is to be held for SEVEN Parish Councillors for the LITTLE HOOLE Parish.

2. Nomination papers may be obtained, during normal office hours, from the Returning Officer at the address shown below.

3. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, at the address shown below, on any day working day between 10am and 4pm (excluding bank holidays and weekends) but no later than 4pm on Tuesday, 4 April 2023

4. If the election is contested, the poll will take place on Thursday, 4 May 2023 between the hours of 7:00am and 10.00pm.

5. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, at the address shown below, by 12 midnight on Monday, 17 April 2023. Applications can be made online at: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote

6. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes much reach the Electoral Registration Officer, at the address shown below, by 5pm on Tuesday, 18 April 2023.

7. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector’s Document valid for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, at the address shown below, by 5pm on Tuesday, 25 April 2023.

8. Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, at the address shown below, by 5pm on Tuesday, 25 April 2023.

9. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, at the address shown below, by 5pm on Thursday, 4 May 2023
